In simple terms:
Because every item is made to order just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details. Digital goods are non-refundable.
Physical Goods
All products are made-to-order and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@littleguruco.rocky.pw within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description.
In some cases, we may ask that the defective product be shipped back to us at your expense before a replacement or refund is issued.
Digital Goods
All digital products (ebooks, guides, downloads) are non-refundable once purchased.
Exemptions
Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
